以屏東百年老廠胡麻油為底，透過傳承工法慢火煉油，香氣厚實卻不顯油膩，入口是溫暖、乾淨、充滿層次的麻油香。

薑的部分更是講究——選用成熟度足夠的老薑，纖維密、香氣強，才能做出真正「有味道」的薑泥。與一般薑絲相比，薑泥的製作過程繁複得多，必須將薑絲磨至細膩綿密、卻又不能讓辛香揮發過度。這正是考驗師傅手法的地方：力道、時間、溫度，缺一不可。

完成後的薑泥溫熱濃郁、香度飽滿，拌飯、拌麵、燉湯或煎炒都能瞬間拉升整道料理的底蘊。這份質樸的風味，冷天來上一匙，身體暖，味蕾也暖。




內容物：薑、麻油、芥花油、砂糖、鹽、L-麩酸鈉、香菇粉、酵母抽出物、義大利綜合香料（奧勒岡葉、羅勒葉、迷迭香葉、蒜粒、辣椒、馬郁蘭葉、洋香菜葉）、五香粉（八角、肉桂、花椒、丁香、陳皮）

使用方法：
可直接拌飯拌麵或當沾醬，亦可於炒飯炒菜料理時添加增添風味 
保存期限：24個月
保存方法：
未開封時請放置於陰涼乾燥處，避免高溫陽光直射，開封後請冷藏並盡速食用完畢。

注意事項：
1.本產品不含防腐劑，取用醬料或食用時應使用乾淨、不沾水的勺子，否則易發霉。
