嚴選去骨雞腿肉，經過長時間醃製，搭配精心調配的十三香料粉，運用獨特配方融合肉桂、八角、陳皮、小茴香、高良薑等十三種天然香料，辛香層次豐富且滋味溫潤，再以手抓摔打入味，讓雞腿排更加口感層次豐富，濃郁的辛香與微辣的刺激在味蕾間綻放，回味無窮。


內容物：去骨雞腿肉、水、大蒜、米酒、十三香料粉（肉桂、八角、陳皮、小茴香、高良薑、花椒、黑胡椒、肉豆蔻、白芷、乾薑、山楂、甘草、草果、白荳蔻、丁香）、薑、醬油〔醬汁(水、黃豆(非基因改造)、小麥、食鹽)、水、黑豆、小麥、食鹽、砂糖〕、辣椒粉、酵母抽出物、柑橘抽出物、白胡椒粉
重量：250公克±5% 
保存期限：12個月
保存條件：冷凍於-18度C

食用方式：

1.平底鍋：先將產品解凍完全，平底鍋中倒入少許沙拉油，放入本產品，開中小火慢煎至全熟即可(時間約10-15分鐘)
2.烤箱：先將產品解凍完全，烤箱預熱，上下火溫度約170℃，放入本產品燒烤時間約12-15分鐘
3.氣炸鍋：先將產品解凍完全，將解凍後的產品放入氣炸鍋內，溫度設定：180℃，時間約12-15分鐘
4.熱水隔袋加熱：先將產品解凍完全，將解凍後的產品放入水鍋內，保持水溫微沸騰狀況，時間約為15-18分鐘
